Overview:

This webinar will provide a description of what the requirements for OSHA Injury and Illness reporting, as well as what constitutes the various acceptable categories for reportable and no reportable injuries. The webinar will also define common terms used by OSHA and the methods for calculating the injury and illness rates in your facility.

Why should you attend: Failure to properly report injuries and illnesses and to properly comply with the annual posting requirements is one of the top ten most cited violations issued by OSHA inspectors. It is critical that employers understand the reporting requirements and what constitutes proper and timely reporting of injuries and illnesses on a regular basis, as well as annual reporting.

Continuing Education Credit

Colorado Foundation for Medical Care (CFMC) hosts an online activity evaluation system, certificate and outcomes measurement process. Following the activity, you must link to CFMC’s online site (respective link will be sent to the participants by MentorHealth post webinar) to complete the evaluation form in order to receive your certificate of credit. Once the evaluation form is complete and submitted, you will be automatically sent a copy of your certificate via email. Please note, participants must attend the entire activity to receive all types of credit. Continuing Education evaluation and request for certificates will be accepted up to 60 days post activity date. CFMC will keep a record of attendance on file for 6 years.
