Fluoroscopic guidance billing has changed for lumbar sympathetic blocks and stellate ganglion blocks. Moderate sedation can now be billed for some pain management procedures that this service was previously bundled into. New viscosupplementation codes were introduced this past year. As we all know these codes can be extremely confusing based on how to calculate the units appropriately.
